बाबा रघुनंदन दास इन्टर कालेज बिल्हौर
बाबा रघुनन्दन दास इण्टर कालेज बिल्हौर की स्थापना जुलाई 1968 में क्षेत्र के श्रीकृष्ण शुक्ल, रामसिंह कटियार, शिवनाथ कटियार ने कस्बे में शिक्षा के स्तर को सुदृढ़ करने के लिये की थी। विद्यालय को भूमि सन्त बाबा रघुनन्दन दास ने दी। जिनके नाम पर ही विद्यालय का नामकरण हुआ। विद्यालय के पास ही संस्कृत महाविद्यालय भी है जहां कभी बाबा जी का आश्रम हुआ करता था। वर्तमान में प्रबंधतंत्र ने वहां पुराना निर्माण ढहाकर लगभग आधा सैकड़ा व्यावसायिक दुकाने बनाई हैं जिनसे मासिक लाखों की कमाई होती है। इस संबंध में संस्कृत विद्यालय के आचार्यों पर दो वर्ष पूर्व लंबी जांचों का दौर चला, लेकिन स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि ले देकर अब सब सामान्य हो चुका है।
क्षेत्रीय लोगों और स्थानीय सांसदों, विधायकों आदि के सहयोग से बीआरडी कालेज की जिले में ख्याति रही है।
मान्यता की झलक
वर्ष 1968 में बाबा रघुनन्दन दास इण्टर कालेज बिल्हौर को जुनियर की अस्थाई मान्यता मिली, 1970 स्थाई 1970 में हुई। वर्ष 1971 में में हाईस्कूल, 1974 में इण्टर में आर्थिक सहायता से मान्यता प्राप्त हुयी।
वाणिज्य की मान्यता 1996-97 में प्राप्त हुई।
विद्यालय में कुल 60 छोटे-बड़े कक्ष हैं। जिनमें लगभग 1500 शिक्षार्थी शिक्षारत हैं।
बाबा कालेज के नाम से लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित करने वाला उक्त विद्यालय स्थानीय हस्ताक्षेप, प्रबंध तंत्र और कमाई के कारण सदैव चर्चा में रहा है।
विद्यालय के उद्भव से लेकर आजतक कई तरह के आरोप प्रबंधतंत्र पर लगे। लेकिन बीते एक दशक में विद्यालय प्रबंधतंत्र में भारी फेरबदल भी हुआ और कई खुलासे भी लोगों के सामने आये। क्योंकि उनका संबंध सीधे क्षेत्रीयजनों से नही था इसलिये आमजनों का हस्ताक्षेप नही रहा।
